Hey there Zeus...long time no see. I was hoping you could do me a favour?!?!? Can you do a 10/15 min hiit workout for people with lower back pain. I did a 20 min hiit workout out yesterday and I paid for it today with my back! 😟 I've looked everywhere on YouTube and Google and no one has done this kind of video also preferably for beginners as I've never done a hit workout because of my lower back pain...apart from yesterday lol and it's put me right off! Hiit workoutsI really hope you can help please!!! 😉👍😄😀
