The feeling of progressing in life is hella underrated. Consider that "feeling stuck" is one of people's largest woes. Love the message here of conditioning our brain/mind/selves and prioritizing daily action. As James Clear wrote about in Atomic Habits (to paraphrase): We don't rise to the level of our goals, we fall to the level of our systems—AKA, our habits. I love your presentations, but it really struck me how differently men experience the world. No woman will ever advise going for a walk at night if she doesn't have someone to go with her. Even then, the advice would include different ways to stay aware and stay safe.
