Protesters Throw Tomato Soup At #VanGogh's 'Sunflowers' Painting

Environmental activists threw a substance that appeared to be tomato soup at #VincentvanGogh's "Sunflowers" painting and were arrested on charges of criminal damage and aggravated trespass, #London police say.

This is not a way to protest. Van gogh helped change many people with his art. He struggled a lot and even cut off his ear because of the affects mental illness had on him. This girl wasn’t making a statement by ruining a piece of art, she was being disrespectful and attention seeking. She has no idea what she is talking about and just wants attention. Saying that we shouldn’t be wasting food yet she just did.
