18/72 on BDD. I used to be extremely stressed out by my looks. Therapy helped a lot. Hang in there, guys and gals, and don't push yourself too hard.

wow thanks man. I just discovered that I have TMD and am on a research about it since this video. Sadly in my home of Switzerland there are no Orthotropics practitioners even remotely close.

Actually i have seen changes in the hollow cheek aspect just by how you set your tongue in place. After trying different methods for a year of failure, i find it the best to do this
1. Tip of the tongue behind the front teeth with open mouth
2. Close the mouth, teeth and lips touching, you will feel you tongue engaged and no more double chin
3. Relax jaw and lip muscles, no teeth touching, and breath through nose and stomach, no ribcage moving
4. If you lose the form reset it by doing a single chintuck standing straight and you shouldnt be able to breath while doing the chintuck

I recommed that for anyone who's mewing that they should write mew on their hand with that they're notice it and will mew more it's worth a try

I started mewing 3 months ago, almost four, and I noticed changes such as (my tongue learned on its own to stick to the roof of my mouth, my jaw became thinner) However, I I feel like I made one of the mistakes mentioned in the video like applying more pressure to one side more than the other, the first two teeth in the middle are going in different directions from my right middle tooth is tilted downward while my left middle tooth is moved forward a little

Pressure on one side can be related to the unsymmetrical size of the tongue, there's one side of the tongue is bigger slightly than the other, so automatically pressure will be not the same on both sides

hey I have two night time clear aligners or retainers that look like Invisalign. I have stopped wearing them for about a month now as im worried it is actually counterproductive. I had braces and don't want to relapse but i also don't think the night time retainers are a good idea . any thoughts or ideas???

Dr Mike Mew also said that we shouldn't be forcing the tongue posture, but rather by creating a vacuum, as I'm sure @mewing_app already made this video, heck it's how I knew about doing this as I did know about vacuum but didn't apply it only recently. 👽

Forward head posture is usually a consequence of a narrow airway. Some people cannot breath when in an ideal posture

He says to create a vacuum so your tongue stays up on the roof of your mouth on its own but I kinda feel like it’s expanding my tongue when it’s up there. Is it possible to cause your tongue to become swollen? If it does doesn’t a swollen tongue cause some speech problems
