1:15 pjfperformance also gave the option of adding a second small jump on the way down of the tire to absorb impact

Is it possible you could make a video for baseball for being more explosive for hitting and throwing? I’ve used a lot of what you have said for being a more explosive and better athlete but was just wondering if you could do something specific for baseball
