Blue light is so bad at night! I've purchased blue light glasses but really try to not go on my phone or computer at night. This was a great video, lots of thorough explanation for each of the 5 points. Good sleep is such a problem for so many people especially right now with the pandemic as people are much more stressed. Another really great way to improve sleep I have found are specific yoga poses before bed that aid in relaxation, I actually just put out a video this week for poses that can improve your sleep. Loved this video really great content. Thanks for sharing!!

Ahh great video bro! Not gonna lie sometimes I do not sleep enough lol. Bluelight is a real big one. If I have to be on my phone I turn off the blue lights on my phone. Drinking a lot of water is what I do a lot too so that means bathroom breaks lol
