No, you Tune it by putting a plugin Tuner on its mixer track, see how many -/+ cents its off and then do 4 example +12 cents / -12 cents in the sampler of the 808... When u get it right, Tuner should show 808 staying around 0 cents.... That's how you Tune

second option: right click on sample, open on pitch editor, instantly shows you note, set sample to stretch Pro, set pitch range to how much the 808 is of c and tune up/down
