Courage is external? I am not sure about that. There are characters who have courage early on with a lot of uncertainties along the road. And others may not. You can learn to have more, but there is something in you, which gives you more courage than maybe your peers have.

I love what this man says and Believe there was a time when it would be a trustworthy way to lead. Unfortunately as someone who has worked in multiple industries, this does not work. Government is giving incentives to hire and promote certain people to positions they are not qualified or appropriate for. Hard work is only awarded more hard work and not promotion. People with degrees of all aspects, not getting paid what they are worth or are working in a completely different field because they don’t fit the narrative. A huge amount of middle class jobs have been replaced with illegal migration wich is stifling wages and causing inflation . It’s disgusting out here what is happening in the American economy.
