I'm afraid we in the west are completely cut off from Russia. I don't see "belgium" ever cooperating with Russian banks so even if BRICSpay becomes a live payment system we won't be able to do any transfers. Unless there would be a de-centralised middle-man, a blockchain currency that synchronizes with brics' banks, also Russian banks, so that when they sync up, the money I put in the de-centralized token gets picked up by a Russian bank, and received by a customer of that bank.

I can’t speak to their overall quality for the most part, but SalivateMetal in particular clearly has no idea what it’s talking about. Where does this rate come from ?
What happens with more frictional Ccys ?
Will this lead to Regional Basket of Ccys for high frequency trading partners. A regional IMF SDR type ?
