No. It's not about dethroning the dollar; it's about the ability to do international trade without the dollar.

As a media of a militarily occupied country, DW does not dare to say anything different to U.S. media, no matter how independent it tries be.

When the BRICS Currency is fully accepted - first they must have one. And the dollar-dept outside the US is huge, and to get out of the $ the $-debts first must be paid, which will push the demand for $ further. Check out the inflation rate of the BRICS-Countries and specially of the countries, that announced wanting become part of the BRICS. "Want to do" and "able to do" are not the same thing.

In India, in 2014 ex finance minister laughed and joked about digital payment in parliament….he said “ do you think village people do give 1 rupee or 10 rupee in cards!!! This is the jock “ he told in Indian parliament……After 10 years, India is top in digital transactions and no nation even come close to India’s digital payment revolution…..now even village shops asking to transfer money in digital for convenience…….
Before 2014, may be 1to2% only percentage of digital transactions in India …….but now above 50%……

Everything is possible…..so westerners better ready for future…..

Do you germans have any independent thoughts, free media and speech or do you need to get approval from the US for everything?

U.k thought India wont exist long as nation, look at today, it still made it, and even the fastest growing nation in the world today. So when western thinker says it wont be significant, it means it will be significant. Just because its complex for them they assume that will be complex for other nation too, they dont know that other nation has better skill of problem solving than west now.

It is not about reshaping the global trade, but to use their respective currencies in trading, basically to avoid any sanction from the US.

The US dollar is slowly but steadily losing its dominant position on its own.
