If I understood correctly: 1) the card is debit. 2) in your country you can top up your bank account in your currency (yuan, ruble, rupee, drachma, etc.) and use this card in any BRICS country. Without transfers to dollars, euros and local currencies. It's convenient.

If BRICS÷ made this Payment System available to individuals outside of the BRICS÷ nations, those individuals could effectively join the global south and become members as truly Sovereign individuals. This could enable individuals to De-Dollarise themselves and become part of a truly global system that does not feed Western Hegemony. Just because a government is unfriendly towards BRICS+ nations, does not mean its constituants are unfriendly. We may be physically somewhat trapped in our respective countries, but this decentralised system would effectively free us from the Hegemony and give us independence and ultimately real democracy. This is potentially the beginning of a revolution that will bring down the Western global mafia modelled Totalitarian uberstate.

I'm looking for the payment systems for average people too.
Very often I buy some products parts from Chinese manufacturers.. And dollar fluctuations ALWAYS make it harder and expensive.
If we can buy it directly without dollar it would make it much better

Watch out visa and mastercard. Brics card is cheaper to do transaction than those cards, buyers and sellers will endup using Brics card more often.
