Im currently updating to f11d and it all seems to be going well. I will add that I extracted the .zip to the usb drive before loading up the BIOS for the update and that my USB stick is exFAT instead of FAT32 but it seems to be fine.

My motherboard won’t post, but it keeps flash orange between the CPU light and the DRAM light.
Is it the bios?

Edit: unfortunately I touched a pin on the motherboard and caused it to lean a bit and caused it to not make the dual channel to work, I fixed it.
However if it happens to you and you don’t want to touch the pins just try the slots of ram until it posts.

Followed everything correctly as was worried about this Intel issue only for the BIOS to tell me it couldn't read the file. Have a DDR5 motherboard so not sure if that causes any difference between a DDR4 board but Gigabyte only give the 1 file to download on their site.
