I'm tempted to install the Debian Bullseye RC2, which I think is as good as stable at this point. Enjoyed the vid.

Testing is great for desktop, but you should be little careful. If you are on sid you should be extra uber careful. Do not touch sid without those apt-listbugs apt-listchanges and a pinning twiks with in apt and good backup. And yet you may encounter problems. Yes sid is for testers, you potentially put your ass in hot water while using it thou it can be run relatively safe if you have some testing repos in sources list and good apt pinning policy.
