Exactly!! My family has an orange cat named momo and he has decided I'm just his person. He lets me hold him like a baby and adores cuddles with me, and every morning he'll come running as soon as he hears my door open. Is so sweet I can almost forget the amount of times this adorable little motherfucker has knocked shit off of my knickknack shelf <3

This is so correct. One of the cats at the shelter me and my friend volunteer at scratched an employees arm as a kitten (it was a bad scratch, they were a lil attack kitty). She was returned to the shelter a bit ago, and was still hostile. Something surprising is, for the past couple ones, she was open to pets which is a big improvement :>
