Case Series Article

Turkesterone has been all the hype in recent memory. Although not nearly as prominent as its peak in 2022, turkesterone supplements are still bought, sold, and heavily advertised as a promising "new" muscle and strength supplement boasting claims greater than even the most researched and supported supplements, like protein and creatine, could ever wish to offer.

But as we sit and wait for more research on how effective turkesterone really is, especially in terms of muscle, strength, and general fitness development, we've only been getting more and more evidence to the contrary. This time, it looks like things take a turn for the worse not necessarily on the efficacy of turkesterone, but the actual supplement that gets into the hands of the consumer. Let's take a closer look.

One of the things that is not answered by "it depends". Even if it could be proven to have some anbolic effects, it is not yet proven as of the present. Also, interestingly, a placebo like this is nowhere near as toxic as SARMS/steroids.

Given that 95% of fitness YouTubers/influencers I follow are science based, I've not been lied to :)

Great video! You should do a hole video about "natural testosterone boosters", such as tribulus terrestris, long jack, peruvian maca etc

Its great how I became the face of Turkesterone even though Derek brought it to market. We all sold Turkesterone which passed all FDA required testing.
It was later discovered using more sophistical testing using a mass spectrometer (which the FDA does not use) that rather than turkesterone it was in fact other Ecdysteroids which where in the product which are very similar in structure to Turkesterone.

I and me then changed the label to better reflect whats in the bottle and never hid these facts or tried to cover it up.

I never see anyone mention any of the other 100 or so companies who sold Turkesterone other then me and sometimes Derek.

The 10’s of thousands of repeat buyers can attest that the product which contains ecdysteroids do in fact work.

It’s kind of like this if you had been eating mackerel for a year straight and enjoyed it. It tasted good it had protein in it and we’re happy with the results and then a year later you found out that the mackeral was actually halibut and still tasted good and had protein in it that would be a similar comparison to what happened here.

I mean I get it it’s so easy to hate on the people that sold it even though it’s not the people who sold it’s fault in the slightest because everything was tested third-party by the FDA required lab testing. But it makes for a way cooler story to say that Greg is such a horrible human being that he secretly was trying to scam out the audience to buy something that was like consuming dirt when in reality the product was amazing but the FDA never had the proper testing to see what was in it.

There are so many different at the steroids and it’s going to take years to find out the best combination in dosing to yield the best results.

But I can promise you 100% that I never lied about anything I never tried to trick anybody about anything and as soon as we found out we literally switch the labels on the bottles and that was 30, 000 of those bottles that had to be relabelled because me and my company are as honest as any company you’ll ever find.

Of course I expect a flood of hate messages here but that’s to be expected and I am OK with it and feel free to shit on me as much as you want because obviously it’s going to make you feel better because in general people rather see successful people go down then try to understand what actually happened and respect a person for being honest about it.

I do think it’s absolutely amazing that I get to be the face of turkesterone even though I never discovered it and there’s more famous people than me who are selling it who do people don’t even mention and so I clearly did something right and was honest the entire time and so I have zero difficulty sleeping at night because I know I am not Trying to deceive anyone

I never bought turk but I can't blame the fitness YouTubers for selling them. They aren't scientists. They just took data backed by other scientists and tried to make a supplement helpful for the public. Science changes all the time and many modern practices are way more unethical than this. So good for them for trying.

I'm happy I held off on buying it. I was waiting for more research and studies.

Turkesterone does have some mechanistic data behind it though (although i'm not sure how strong that is specifically) so i think that this is just a massively underdosed supplement that could be beneficial but it would simply be too expensive if dosed properly. Any thoughts about that? I've always believed that it does something, and still do but i don't think we have enough data that suggests your body just poops/pees it out and has extactly 0 interactions in a human.
