I found one a kid, actually two. One large and one small in the middle of a field. My cousin and I had been lost, and to find this spot for me was a relief. I asked my cousin who was older, what this was, and he being older, not necessarily wiser, told me that it was done by a tornado. I believed him. However, a few years later, while in the library, I stumbled onto a photo of what I saw and learned that these things were called crop circles. One thing. We were not in a crop. We were in a marsh like area filled with reeds, and it was these reeds that were pressed in a circle. This was in Mississippi.

Did the two guys come to Australia and make what was reported at the time as a flying saucer nest in a coastel swamp near Tully North Queensland (circa 1970)? If so I hope they took into account the very real probability of man eating salt water crocadiles in that swamp.

Being in the uk I heard Alott about the 90s newspaper article and watching a talkshow at the time with the 2 people behind it a question was put to them why was the article copyrighted by the ministry of defence. No answer was given and they quickly moved on to the next subject

lol the the two of guys had no idea how the plants in the crop circles were changed at a microscopic level and were unbroken just bent over and locked in place whereas the old guys circles were broken and not changed or bent.

There's a couple videos where someone caught an orb flying above a field and you could see the design and circles being made as the orb was flying low from the ground... about 20 feet or so above the crops/ground. It was an older video from the 1990s but not too grainy; you could still see clearly enough what I described above

No mention of the fact that, sometimes, bunches of the bent stalks are braided, an effect that trampling could not cause. No hoaxer would spend hours in a field braiding wheat, just like hair.

Even if we currently can not explain some thing, all we can say is: We do not know.
As soon as anyone claim it is aliens they have the burden of proof.
Whenever I hear "science" can't explain "insert anything" I get suspicious about how serious the person really is.
