Does not work if you brownies or fudgy, they were always have them chocolate that shows up on the toothpick

nope im overbaking mine everytime i hate gooey soggy fudgy brownies i like mine more crispy on the edges and top, soft and airy throughout with a nutty crunch of sorts. more like a bread pastry n less like a heavy cake
