3. Mix In 3 TBSP Rendered Pork Fat, Salt, & Pepper. Mix Well To Combine.
4. Add 1 TBSP Of Pork Fat To A Pre-Heated Cast Iron Pan Over Medium-Low Heat. Throw In Potatoes And Cook For 5-7 Min Or Until You See The Edges Start To Get Golden.
5. Flip (I Threw It On A Cutting Board And Used A Large Spatula) And Cook Additional 5-7 min.
