The reason i like this anime is because i like to see all the mideavils reaction seeing modern warfare

I love how the made-up metaphor of "awoke a sleeping giant and filled it with terrible resolve" that described Japan pissing off America in WW2 could be turned around to fit the fantasy world's empire pissing off Japan. They're lucky it's been 70 years since those awful times, otherwise that fantasy empire would be a pile of radiation-infected ashes.
