I work in the hospital as a nurse. I confirm that you should 100% go to ER if you experience any of those symptoms.

I'll also add fever of unknown cause. We have too many people die of sepsis in this country.

My Grandmother broke her foot as a child in 1940s Germany and they splinted it the wrong way. Her leg then was too short and somewhat crooked, so they had to break it again, without anesthesia. On not going to the ER when they have too: My Grandpa has been having ches pain for days now and we told him time and time again, but he didn't want to. Today he's finally checking in, I hope though, that the waiting didn't do any unnecessary damage.
