This helps a lot! I've been really depressed over the pandemic, and I haven't been able to go to school with my friends... Working out, running and meditating has is the best thing I found to relieve stress and has helped immensely! Hey Dr Wagner! Hope you are having an amazing week, my mom has Lupus and she was told that she will not get vaccinated anytime soon because she's not at risk with covid 19. How dangerous is for a person with lupus to deal with the covid 19 disease?
