I am beyond thankful for finding your book, Sara (The Hormone cure, (by chance) and through that, finding this channel as well. Thanks for sharing your enthusiasm and knowledge. I too would love more on how to easily enter the realm of meditation with perhaps only 10 - 15 mins a day initially.

Caffeine: I don't drink coffee…haven't for years but I do occasionally have only one cup of organic black tea in the morning - never after 12 pm. Can this lead to a deficit?  

I had insomnia for many years and used to drink black tea ALL morning (which exacerbated the insomnia). I cut it out all together for a month during Dr. Sara’s Detox in January and I am sleeping much better - even with the one cupa in the am.  I also stopped taking sleeping pills at the Detox and am determined to not take them no matter what. I also turned off the back-lit devices and am working on balancing my hormones and am meditating.  I’m grateful for all this knowledge and empowering myself.  Thank you both.  I'm planting flowers…:-)
