Chest Pain: It's Giving Me Angina

In this lecture we discuss the approach to the patient with a chief complaint. The pivotal step is to determine whether your patient is having vertigo or syncope/near syncope. From there the appropriate critical differential diagnosis can be created which will guide your work up, treatment, and eventual disposition.
