This is a fabulous product. Easy to use and very effective on porcelain tiles in a high-traffic area.

So… it keeps showing me the dyson app and QR code but doesn‘t go any further. What am I missing? I was able to select the language… that‘s it.

Are you able to charge the mop directly with the cable or does it have to use the dock?

The water is not heated up nor we can introduce any floor detergent into the water tank so how does this machine turn the floor clean with just a high speed roller and cold water? Or this machine is only meant for picking up spilled solid food and liquid from the floor but not for everyday floor cleaning?
