Outside the colour is Absolutely Stunning. Love it and very charming on the outside ...

I like the charm of the exterior of the house however, where I live having a washer dryer outside would be impractical do the weather issues. By eliminating the second bedroom that would allow for appliances to be included indoors as well as appliances for the kitchen.

Why is the sink, washer and cabinets outside on the porch? Is that where the refrigerator goes?

Bump back wall out, have washer and dryer inside, more conveient

This must have been done by a young man. You can tell by the tv. Lol but you would think he would want refrigerator or did he put a small one in one of the lower cabinet by the sink. Should have bigger porch so he can bar be que for his friends in backyard. And put a beer frig back there. Not thought out for most people but a party house I guess.

Strange house. And the rendering is wrong. Attention is not focused on objects. It is not clear what is where. It is not practical to display pieces of furniture on the street. 😢

No refrigerator, no oven. No designated shower so water splashes all over bathroom. Laundry outside means not cleaning clothes during rain or snow.
