This would be the perfect house for one or two people. Has everything in just the right portions AND a dining area big enough to have the kids over for dinner.

The only thing I, personally, would change is make the fireplace double sided. Beautiful design.

I would also extend foyer a bit and bump first bedroom out to end kf porch to allow for separate master bath. Other than that very cute and cozy.

I love this little house!! It's cozy, farm/cottage style and the wrap-around porch is perfect for relaxing and entertaining outside. The only changes I would make if it were mine, would be to nix the sink in the laundry and add an upright storage area for broom, mops and a couple of coat hooks in there out of sight, and add a tub/shower combo in the bathroom. I love this one!!

Love the addition of the laundry room! I agree with another about adding an additional toilet (in laundry). Saves from queuing for potty.

I like the porch and the overall feel of the place. If I were to build this design, I would lengthen the footprint to allow for a separate or partially separate foyer/entryway. Also, it would give the ability to maximize the laundry area. It is a bit snug for my liking, but all in all, it's a beautiful little house❤❤

Let’s all go to Gramma and Grandpa’s house! Bunk beds in the second room for the grandkids! (Mom and Dad stay at a near by Bed & Breakfast✨💖✨). Plenty of outdoor space for play. Big family meals around the table—- I love it. The living room with a door leading to the kitchen & the dining area gives the feeling of an open plan without sacrificing precious wall space for monitors, shelves and other storage options. Well done! (Building it on a lot that would allow a finished, walk out basement would be heaven.)
