Any design that has an entry way, and a mud/laundry area off of back door, is a great design! Beautiful floor plan

My favorite kitchen so far. No formal dining, but a great eat in kitchen.
Pluses: Big, beautiful front porch
Gorgeous fireplace with rustic mantel
High ceilings
Lots of windows,
Entry with cupboards and shelves
Primary bedroom off living room
Tub in primary bathroom
Full sized laundry room! Side by side washer/dryer, sink, and room to hang clothes--WIN!

Minuses: No pantry
No good place for TV, except to ruin the fireplace hanging it there
I'd add a deck off the back, not just a step.

This one is probably my favorite so far.

The entry is great, and it could even be a foot or two shorter. The living room isn't large, and furniture arrangement would be simpler without the fireplace. The laundry room offers storage space to supplement the kitchen, though the machines might be screened by doors. On the whole, this is a very workable plan.

Beautiful house. The size would be perfect for my small family but I would want much larger closets and the master bedroom to be a bit bigger.

Love this house but I would prefer the other bathroom be where the 2nd bedroom is so it is closer to guests visiting. Would love it to be larger to add an office/library/den.

Gorgeous, however, I'd make this home a bit bigger and remove those patio doors from the Master Bedroom, put them back by the laundry area so you can have a huge patio out there. I'd also have the living room a bit bigger so there is an entire wall behind that couch. Other than that, I love this home.
