This house includes all the basics. If it were to be mine I'd extend the kitchen into the enclosed porch a bit to allow more space for cabinets and to add a powder room.

Personally, I think the giant stove is a bit much. The space could be better used as counter space. Also, use a front load washer and dryer. That way a shelf could be put over the top of them. I agree that an additional half bath is needed with 2 bedrooms.

I like the layout! The only thing I would miss would be a kitchen pantry, even if small.

The only design I like with this house is that closed in porch leading off the kitchen, which would be awesome in the mornings for having coffee, breakfast as well as supper! Would also make for a great dining room at one end and just a lounging area at the other end, with all that natiral light coming in from all those windows your house plants would thrive!

Has nice curbside appeal but upon entry seems like it could be “simplified” some. Definitely needs 1/2 bath powder room added; perhaps kitchen / laundry or
1/2 bath / laundry combined to use space more wisely. Inside design might too formal but that’s personal choice for all. TY for good insight.

Love it but I’d place a tv over the fireplace instead of having them in the bedrooms. Oh and one on a deck wall where I’d drink coffee and watch the morning news.

This is a wonderful design..very well thought out plan...yes I would make a few minor changes..I need my tub so that's a must...put a stack washer and dryer and take out the sink put in an upright freezer...the kitchen is a dream but does need a pantry...I have cats so that in closed back room would be their catio..I would design it for them...I have been looking for a good one level small house around 30x24 so this fit the bill perfectly...I do love a fireplace but a wood burning stove is more efficient so I would exchange the fireplace for the stove...I love the way it feels like separate rooms yet open concept at the same time...keep posting..love these videos..

I like this. Since it has only one bathroom, I would prefer another toilet or to have the toilet in a half bath, which is what I currently have. It works well.
