I've done it, it was an amazing experience, i've never loved myself so much and i could feel things i used to feel when i was 4 years old. There were bad feelings too, were i could feel a pain similar to giving birth and i could see myself giving birth to all the bad things of the world. I don't think people should be discouraged, if you find a good chaman you'll be safe and in good hands.

people also use lsd and shrooms as healing not "just looking for a good trip" as it is extremely hard to abuse these drugs.

At my first ayahuasca ceremony I saw everyone brought their own bucket, toilet paper, and sleeping bags. I knew vomiting was common, then the Shaman said it's also possible to diarrhea, I was oh hell no 😖 I'm gonna be that one to have number 2 all night lmao.

However I was so grateful to have just projectile vomit out my nose two times. The thing is you feel soooo much better and it's almost like you're ridding of the negative energy, trauma, experiences etc. Not like usual throwing up where you feel sick afterwards.
I was lucky to be in the most beautiful remote jungle on a mountain with a very hardworking Shaman and group of people. I was with people from all around the world who planned and came to this ritual to heal. I can also see and have heard how it is very capable of helping others struggling with addiction. Highly recommend experiencing it.
