Hello Katie, I have been a art and craft organizer for over 30 years. May I say you are on the right track. A few suggestions: #1 While at the show LISTEN to people viewing your display and those walking by, weather they are talking to you or someone else, sometimes they will remark on what they are looking for. RE: I was making cabbage patch doll cloths when they were all the rage, a woman came up to my display, looked all around took a few steps away and said LOUD "doesn't anyone make Barbie cloths anymore" Well I went home looked through my "stash" of fabric and made up a bunch of outfits, the next time that show rolled around I sold every single one and wish I had made more! My point: In a round-about way, customers will hint on what they want. #2 Don't neglect your table, a nice tablecloth with a duster that goes to the floor is pleasing to the eye, you want your customer to think you put just as much effort into your display as your work. #3 One thing I learned from a woman making clay jewelry, no matter how tight money is people always indulge their children, add some childerns jewelry to your display. #4 Elderly customers are always at shows looking for crocheted "baby sets" the kind they had for their babies and want for their grand kids. They were a hat sweater and booties that match, usually pink, blue or yellow... Hope this helps, good luck to you!

You are adorable and so very informative! I just wanted to tell you how much I admire you wanting to help others and being so honest in regards to your humble beginnings. I would recommend one thing. Shopfly.com I think they advertise it on Facebook and all you have to do is get a PayPal account and you can try it for 30 Days free. Especially with your jewelry for young people. I wish you much success in the future with your business. P.S. they have tutorials on utube on how to photograph your products really good.
