VINYL PLANK FLOORING WALL CUT

When you take out the carpet, the sides of the carpet are under the trim at each wall. Do you need to install the vinyl so it extends under the trim?

Isn't there supposed to be a small gap for expansion? It looks like you're installing the flooring right up against walls and cabinets. Is it the camera angle, am I (and Google) mistaken about the gap, or am I missing something?

If I am installing vinyl over tile should I take the baseboards off then re do them are can they stay on ?

Do you have any recommendations on how I should start or where I should look? I have laid some vinyl plank flooring and done carpet installations before but only for family remodels.
