Honestly out of all of them purdy makes the most sense long furred. Ive never imagined him short furred. Hes always had long vibes to me.

I spent a while staring at the thumbnail before watching the video, trying to guess who the tuxedo-y cat was. I was wracking my brain, and thought, "is it...Berryheart?? No that's literally impossible." Well here we are.

Can’t forget about Twigbranch, Violetshine and Alderneart!!! They haven’t done any cats after the forth series and all of a sudden we have DARKTAIL, BERRYHEART and SPLASHTAIL?!? Like I’m excited but still..

as an avid Purdy lover, I actually screamed when I saw that PURDY of all characters. he’s my favourite character and I was so happy lol

I dont think darktail being longhair makes him less recognizable. maybe im in the minority but i always pictured him as at least medium haired. I think the spots around his eyes and forehead specifically being made to cover his eyes would've helped more, maybe a turkish van type look that extends down a bit. The sort of cow spots thing they have going on around his face is something I've always seen as more of a violetshine thing than darktail

I work at the company that makes the Warrior Cats minis. Basically we get a dartboard with the names of all the cats on it, then we take turns throwing darts at it blindfolded. Wherever the darts land, those are the cats we turn into minis! :)

Having like Splashtail over popular characters like Alderheart, Bristlefrost, Sol, Needletail and Brambleclaw is so odd!! But honestly I'm kind of glad they did that so they can show us that they don't just pick the most popular characters and we can get some oddballs :)
