I simply love how the final verses sound like the song is trying to fix itself with how it goes from stable, unstable, stable to unstable again. It's like the song is trying to reboot itself but keeps on failing and going haywire at the end before finally stabilizing.

I know this is likely everyone else's thought, but this island is definitely just one of the strongest things to come out of this entire game. Ties up loose ends with Ethereals from a 10 year gap, beautiful and super versatile song, amazing designs, every wave that has its lows has always ended up rising to the fan favorites quickly, and insane creativity with not just the game itself but with the entire community as well with the predictions.

I never expected myself to be crying over a silly monster collecting game. when the workshop first came out I thought i was at the lowest point in my life, and things just kept getting worse. the song spoke to me and gave me the chills back then, I listened to it constantly while at work trying to forget about what was going on in my life. Every update was just banger after banger. This is the most beautiful conclusion to the best song that I could have asked for, and for it to sound like daft punk, what I based my entire identity around, is just everything. It's like the mastermind created this song just for me.
every year on the anniversary feels like a different era to me, like when we were first discovering epic Wubbox, or the new seasonals. today gives me hope that I can close this ugly chapter of my life and come back with energy, and feeling. Thank you monster handlers for the beautiful song, and the msm community as a whole, whether you know me or not, for always being here. this is one of the few communities I can call home. I can't wait to see what more we can discover in year 12!
