Taking your own measurements is very important as different pattern brands vary in terms of sizing and sizing is also very different from ready-to-wear clothing from shops. What fantastic information. It has really helped me understand about fitting better. I now understand grading. Doing a video for fitting trousers would be useful. Brilliant video as always.

Great Job with this information on fitting. I always measure myself. One thing I do is I measure the flat pattern to see how much ease is built into the pattern by doing this I know if it will fit. It's saved me a lot of time and fabric. Cheers!
