Hi Rebecca, I am living in the United Kingdom 🇬🇧 and I am a student, studying English language which is not my first language!
I attend ESOL class in the college, but unfortunately the system of ESOL is quite bad, I don’t really see enough progress in my English.

I really like the way you teach and your speaking is so clear, the most important thing is that you know exactly what a student needs to learn. Many thanks 🙏

So fun fact for everyone: as part of my job as a sysadmin, I filter out spam emails and release legitimate ones from the quarantine. I can identify as spam right from the subject line for the vast majority of spam emails I delete because they're breaking at least one of these suggestions. For example, if I see just "RE:" by itself, it's an automatic delete because spammers frequently use that to try and make it appear as if it's a legitimate reply. The abuse of urgent tones in subject lines is also highly scrutinized, which is often phishing, as are subject lines with just the word "IMPORTANT" or "URGENT, " which are usually auto-deletes for me. All caps tend to be in the guaranteed spam category, too, along with anything that sounds like a Buzzfeed article title (such as "you won't believe [thing]"). Basically, if you want your email to be read, it's got to get past spam filters, and sysadmins are already fed up with spammers, so this video is excellent.

Edit: Grammar

Keenly, Rebecca, email subject line effectiveness is extremely important for two

1. If you are an email marketer, if you are impatient and just put a "pushy" or "salesy" subject line such as "Free!" or "Money Back Guarantee", or "Why Pay More" or "Purchase Protection"--all of these, and a lot more, are called "spam trigger words". Lots of email providers' spam filters--as well as your recipients---will see the subject line as the first line of defense before even opening an email message, and such words will put them on the your email messages will be sent to the junk folder---as spam. Unopened - and - bounced! You don't want that. So use them sparingly or not at all.
2. Also, whether or not you are an email marketer, the way you write your text or font matters. Too many "!s" or writing in all caps in the subject line can be considered by recipients as "screaming" or "yelling", and a serious violation of email netiquette. You will be punished accordingly--those email sends with these two no-nos will also likely be bounced and rejected--as spam just like as if you were doing spam trigger words.
