This was a wonderful way to start out my day by watching your incredibly useful and concise video with the key points and tips that a person should keep in mind when writing up business emails and correspondences. To cut a long story short, I did overseas collections for a law firm for eighteen years, and I was blessed to have learned from the exchange of emails I had with the clients on a daily basis how to write better business emails. Fortunately, drafting business correspondences, as well as speaking on the phone, are not difficult for me - thanks to the hundreds of thousands of emails and phone calls that I had with the clients (mostly from the good of US of A) throughout the time I worked at the law firm collecting payment from overseas clients on their past-due bills.
