Thank you for leading the way and raising an inspirational awareness that is aligned to a much greater plight existent throughout the world that urgently needs to be addressed and fixed, namely the disability wage gap and the urgent need for the empowerment of people living with disability.

People living with disability have suffered in silence for far too long, been exploited, been neglected, been abused, stricken to poverty through no fault of their own and it is now time for action to be taken to change these things in society for the better for those who truly need it. People living with disability have been excluded from so many privileges and opportunities that able bodied people often take for granted at the same time as able bodied people exalting their own self importance and putting their own 'needs' on a pedestal whilst ignoring the travesty in the plight of people living with disability even though people living with disability have had to face such heart breaking challenges, lack of opportunities and endured an insurmountable amount of adversity, oppression and unnecessary suffering for far too long for thousands of years.
Now for civilisation to even consider itself to be modern, advanced or even simply having an easily measurable amount of decency, this travesty of injustice must be changed for the better and a better world must be created by the principles of it's very example, and the change must be genuinely beneficial towards the livelihood of people living with disability and this change must be swift.
Remember, one of the most profoundly honest ways of revealing the true character of a person, is to see how they treat people living with disability.

If you disagree with me, then you are simply either evil or negligently ignorant but none the less part of the problem, as you reveal yourself for what you are.
If you agree with me, than are one of the good ones, enlightened in this world and deserving of honour.

Peace.

The pay gap is based on witch job you have, not the gender. Also if women are payed less then there would be a lot more women working then men.

It should be called an earnings gap, not a wage gap. The average man earns more per month and per hour because of various different reasons. Men work more dangerous jobs and men are less negotiable and thus more competitive, which are traits that the workplace values. See the purpose of most businesses isn't to employ people, it is to make a profit. And businesses can only do that if they hire the cream of the crop. Even in the same/similar jobs the average man earns more because men work longer ours and take less sick days and have less holidays per year. When people aim for equality in the workplace and research the gender pay gap, they should't site sources proving that the average man earns more, rather than looking at places when women actually earn less for equal work, or the same for more work. People proving the gender pay gap hardly ever show instances where women are being treated unfairly

"Part time workers earn less than full time workers."
Also men woek in more dangerous conditions, far away from home or commute longer time than women.
Gender pay gap was debunked million of times and as long women do more family choices and spwnd less time at work it will never change.

Men work more hours, work more dangerous jobs that women don’t want to work, and choose careers that pay more, example Engineer versus a Kindergarden teacher. Women dominate child education degrees and choose those careers

An organization that could cut its costs by 18.1% by hiring women to do the same work is discriminating against them by choosing to hire men? I am a managerial accountant but this statement doesn’t require any education to see how ridiculous it is.

lol you showed some facts first that were true then just made up some bull shit about employers discriminating against employing woman.. completely not true. Just so people understand.. its Illegal to pay women less and if company's could pay women less they would ONLY employ women. Use your heads people.

Doesn't exist. Women get paid less on average because of personal choices. Next.
