#shorts - Without a doubt the BEST Prime Rib I've ever made and tasted... This even earned me a fist-bump from my dad!

I've cooked Prime Rib a ton of time and a ton of ways, but never exactly like this. I don't think I'll ever use another method! This is 100% worth a try!

Your meat should NEVER be steaming when you slice into it, it hasn’t rested long enough
