I absolutely love the fact that you write down even the most simplest things like wearing your PJ's and brushing your teeth into the to do list. Striking each small task gives a lot of happiness and the motivation to keep going instead of feeling burnt out when we list a huge task. Small tasks need to be appreciated. :)

•Staring at the wall
•microwave food
•studied for 10 minutes
•somehow still sleeps and 11:50 pm

I admire people who manage to have and hold a schedule. I often times feel so overwhelmed by everything and I'm only able to follow a list of tasks for a very short time, cause I get so easily distracted. I tend to forget about the list or start changing things on it and can't keep up anymore😪 Props to you!!❤

I love writing down obvious tasks, too. They usually go unnoticed and it just feels like when we write'em down it's like our brain actually processes how much we did in one day. <3
