Okay that part with the Dwarves is not lore accurate. Due to the Dwarves head stuck to the ground stubbornness, they are immune to the influence of the seven rings. The Elves resisted through will to defy the three. It was the Nine rings of men that succeeded in their task once the One Ring was forged.

Looks better than Season 1. Maybe they try to step up a bit. But I am not holding my breath.
At least looks filled with action etc. But it also looks like it is rushing the story. All of a sudden the rings are made.

Good god people, it is always the same. The movie/series never match the books. Harry Potter: I spotted a lot of differences. Game of Thrones: how many differences do you want. Bridgerton: again.... and so on and so forth. When you watch something based on a book, get used to it being adapted to the screenwriters liking. This is not the literal translation of tolkien, but an adaptation based on the works and characters of Tolkien. Stop shouting "This is trash because it is nothing like Tolkien", because it is not Tolkien it is Patrick McKay, John D Payne and many more. It is not the vision of one writer, it's the vision of many writers. Or else you were watching a series about a summary of battlefields in the age they occured.

I don't understand how to watch the continuation of a story that started like a shit ? Like the only way to make it watchable, is to remake season 1. It's just fucking impossible.
