Who created UNCLOS, Who rules and governs it. Why they are tipped lip over the issues. Why UN is not intervening or stating its position on the incident. We need proper implementation of International Law. But so sad, I think Law governed and for those Powerful and Rich nation only..

Mischief Reef in within Philippines EEZ. China’s only artificial military reef that is within or inside an ASEAN country ( Philippines) EEZ. Graphics is incomplete and more research is needed about Mischief reef.

It's disputed by countries of the South East Asia region and last time I looked on a map, the USA, UK and rest of Europe are not countries of the region. At no time has international shipping been threatened by such a dispute as it is.

A war with China is also a war with whole of Southeast Asia. Most of Southeast Asian modern post-war economies from Bangkok to Jakarta and Manila were built by industrialists of Chinese descent with Singapore, a majority ethnic Chinese city-state as financial hub. This will affect sizeable part of world population.
