It's not indian Start up companies specially food sectors no good pay and future. Experienced already now facing difficulties to get job in MNC

But what about the pay. What ever you told is true but it comes with lot of issues. Like low pay. Lack of facilities. Me myself worked for start up for longer period of time. And know the pain one must go through and sacrifices they need to make.

You quoted only positive side. There is a flip side to it. Please don’t forget people are going to make decisions based on it.

Even i remember one of the guest lecturer came to college quoted something positive about the startup. And people who lecture will disappear and but person who believe get into trap.

And about the learning curve best line I just recalled which suits startup - Jack of all trades, master of none

stay if they were giving pink slip. don't break heart look for opportunities
