I felt so dumb before this video. I received ESOPs and I had no idea what they were. I was just like "Thanks... I guess?" in the meeting. 😶 I think I vaguely understand it now.

Vesting 1 to 4 years and the initial value divided into pointa makes sense. Value defined by one person and give the option to buy and pay the diff makes sense
