I have a habit of picking my lips with my teeth. I didn't even realize im doing it. also I just heard bring up winter time.
That's when it's really hell! Like I said I don't even notice im doing it. So in the dead of winter? Im literally, biting my lips all day long. And sometimes its very painful.
