Banana Nice Cream 3-ways (Chocolate, Peanut Butter, & Strawberry)

Recipe:

Ingredients
Chocolate Parfait
3 frozen bananas
2 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tbsp coconut milk
1 tsp honey
Peach (diced)
Kiwi (diced)
Pineapple (diced)

“The Elvis”
3 frozen bananas
2 tbsp peanut butter
1 tsp honey
Brioche buns

Strawberries & Chocolate
3 frozen bananas
½ cup frozen strawberries
3 tbsp cacao nibs

Directions
1. Peel and cut three bananas and freeze on a cookie sheet for 2-3 hours or overnight (makes 1 ice cream flavor).
Chocolate Parfaits
1. Blend 3 bananas, 2 tbsp cocoa powder, 2 tbsp coconut milk, & 1 tsp honey until creamy.
2. To serve, layer kiwi, ice cream, peach, ice cream, pineapple, and ice cream.
“The Elvis”
1. Blend 3 frozen bananas, 2 tbsp peanut butter, and 1 tsp honey in blender until creamy.
2. To serve, sandwich the ice cream between a brioche bun.
Strawberries & Chocolate
1. Blend 3 frozen bananas and ½ cup frozen strawberries until creamy.
2. To serve, top ice cream with cacao nibs and enjoy!

******NOTES******
*You can use a blender, food processor, or hand mixer.

**If the mixture isn’t blending well, let the bananas melt and soften for a few minutes and use the pulse button on your blender, if it has one. You may also need to scrape down the sides of the blender once in a while.

***You can freeze the ice cream until 5 minutes before serving. Ice cream will be hard, but you can let it stand out for 5 minutes to soften, or you can mix it every 30 minutes 2 or 3 times.
