I just made the chocolate banana nice cream & OMG! I haven't had processed sugar in over 1 month...but this beats the "fake" processed sweets 100% in my opinion! I ❤ being vegan! We eat lots of yummy healthy food, this being 1 of the many examples! Thx 4 this vid!😉

I just got a vitamix.. can you briefly explain what you do/how to make the smoothie bowl creamy? Do I increase it to variable 10, and then put it on high and keep it there until I see the four quadrants?
