Banana Ice Cream, Vitamix

You can make easy Banana Ice Cream in your Vitamix. This is a way healthier treat than eating commercially purchased ice cream or frozen yogurt.

Ingredients Soy Milk, Vanilla, or Chocolate, and Banana. You'll also need an ice tray.

I used the Vitamix 6300 also called the Professional Series 500.

Suggestion, I could see what it looked like inside the blender. Could you be on the other side of the counter. Your body and arms won’t be in front of camera. Plus could you explain what speeds you used. One lady said she put it on high then turns it on.
