How to Make Banana Nice Cream

I used bananas whose peels got all brown in the freezer. The insides always stay yellow. I recommend this because they are so many times sweeter. I had to use way less sugar. Also if you add 4 table spoons of almond milk it makes it loosen up nicely if your blender isn’t too strong

I don’t have a blender but I made this and just mushed the bananas and froze them. Just banana lump ice cream lol

I love making banana ice cream I do it almost every day! I like to add stevia, vanilla extract, and sometimes pure cocoa powder to make it chocolatey!

I made this and thought it was good! I've wanted nice cream for a long time, but I have an old blender and not a fancy Vitamix so I thought I couldn't have it. However, I cut the bananas into small pieces and added 1/2 cup of soymik and it came out wonderfully! I wish I could attach a pic to show you.

My banana ice cream recipe:
•1/4 cup almond milk
•1 tsp of sugar, or 1 tbs of honey, if u want it healthier
• 2-3 frozen bananas
• tsp of Vanilla extract, or just a splash
(If it’s too liquidy, add more frozen bananas, or some ice) 🍦🍌

If you're not lactose intolerant you can add couple spoons of milk and it's even better
