You wanna get in shape, stairmaster is going to be one of your best friends...i think people roll their eyes and go to the treadmill or bike, but if youve ever done stairmaster you know that its the king of those cardio machines

I finally went back to a gym after the entire pandemic and I was out of shape but I have always just never paid attention to the stair master. I started seeing videos on my timeline and was like ok let me try this and I have not turned back! It’s so hard, but so worth it and I love a good challenge.. I don’t get on the scale because I have a hard time allowing a number to define me and so I learned to go by the fit of my clothes and my natural energy etc. and after 2-3 times a week for about 2 months on the stair master I started noticing my clothes were fitting bigger!! I couldn’t figure out how it happened so fast, but the stair master is the reason and of course eating better. I ended up liking it so much and what it did for my health and confidence I ended up buying one for my home! I am looking forward to doing a challenge myself and learning different ways to change it up..Thank you so much for this video and motivation!

I love the stair master, but i cant seem to do it without resting my hand on the bar cause im so scared of falling and losing my balance 😂 Kudos to you for all your hard work, you look great!!! I hope to some day be able to hold weights while im on that machine too.

Hello! I just pushed to 15 minuts doing intervals of 30 steps per min and 60 steps per min. What do you reccomend to push that limit? Im trying to get to 25 mins by end of august.
