I knew you can do workouts instead of surgery . )I seen a post on Facebook and everyone said only solution is surgery so I did research and found you . )

Is this your hernia? I was upset when I saw you. I always love seeing you in better health, I used to have a sunken belly button. One day I had a severe cough, and two days later I felt an swelling in my navel. I saw it swollen, and all the bumps forming on it appeared clearly and annoyingly. It rubbed a lot on my clothes, so I changed my tight clothes and loosened them so they wouldn't show and get pressure. Have you had surgery?

“Approximating the tissues” so you’re telling me that you believe you’re actually pushing the rectus abdominus together toward the linea alba? Lololol PT is becoming chiropractor BS. This level of unfounded nonsense is why I quit the field. Got tired of being lumped in with these charlatans.
